Our Story

Born and raised in Black Mountain, North Carolina, Eric and Melinda and their two daughters packed up everything and headed for the beach in 2021 to begin a new adventure. Bruiser's Burgers was named after Eric's childhood nickname, Bruiser. The goal in having a restaurant was to create unique burger combinations and quality food that wasn't offered anywhere else.
